Akira's Avenue: Half-Asian Sensation

This is me. Andrew Akira.

I was birthed from a melting pot of two distinct, contrasting cultures; the Confucian Japan of the Far East, stressing obedience and discipline; and the bustling world outside our nation's capital. Like my background, my views on life are different.

Everyone can and will learn from this site; yes, a bold statement, but I am a firm believer. Visit everything. Read and absorb all. I am not going to shy away from any topic. I've gone to Sidwell since PK and am now a sophmore. Life has treated me well, and I have enjoyed it thus far. I live in a nice house with a supportive family. I don't have any real financial problems or a terrible sickness that is slowly eating away at my body, and my mind is intact. Why should you listen to an educated, half-japanese, 16 year old male's aesthetics ? Simple. Although I may seem a mere rookie in a game ruled by experienced veterans and elders, my philosophy is one I want to share with the world. Also, if you've read this far already, that means I have successfully sparked your interest, and it is impossible to go back now. Enjoy.
